However, after replenishing your account, this will become a mandatory condition for opening all the financial opportunities of the platform. KYC request

You can complete verification in the “Account” - “Verification” section. You can also initiate a KYC request in the “Balances” section when trying to make a deposit in USDT.

Providing documents and passing the Liveness check

To complete the KYC process, you should provide the requested documents, taking into account all the requirements on the screen, and also pass the liveness check procedure.

Verification

Document verification may take up to 24 hours. You can track the KYC status in the "Verification" section.

Confirmation

After successful verification, you will receive a notification about the completion of the process, and you can proceed with depositing funds and subsequent trading of USDT.

KYC Procedure Requirements

1. ID (Passport/ ID card/ Driving license)

You should provide a valid government issued ID with your photo, full name and date of birth.

Please note that edited photos of documents, as well as screenshots, cannot be accepted.

1. Liveness check

During this check, the system determines interaction with a real person.

When passing the liveness check, you should provide access to the camera and follow the instruction on the screen.

• The lighting should be good and without glare

• The face should be completely in the frame and fit into the oval

• You should look directly into the camera

• The eyes should be open and visible, and the hair should not cover the face
