Withdrawal

Before withdrawing USDT, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This is a mandatory procedure to verify your identity and prevent fraud. You can initiate a KYC request in the "Balances" section when attempting to withdraw USDT from the platform, or in the "Account" - "Verification" section.

Withdrawal Process

After successfully completing the KYC procedure, you can proceed with withdrawing USDT. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Balances" section and click the "Withdraw" button.

If you have USDT in your balance, the "Withdraw" button will be available.

2. In the opened window, you will need to enter the following information:

✔ Network: Select the network for withdrawal - TON, TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20)

✔ Withdrawal Amount: Enter the amount of USDT you wish to withdraw.

✔ Withdrawal Address: Enter the address of your crypto wallet where the funds will be transferred.

✔ Tag (MEMO): If your wallet requires a memo ID, be sure to include it.

Please note that when withdrawing funds, the network you select determines both the minimum withdrawal amount and the corresponding fee. All information will be displayed in your account's withdrawal window.

Before confirming your withdrawal, be sure to double-check all the information you've entered. Errors can result in loss of funds. After verifying the information, click "Confirm."

1. Funds Crediting

After your withdrawal is confirmed, the funds should appear in your wallet within a few minutes. If the funds haven't arrived, we recommend contacting TonTrader support.
